A couple of weeks ago Ariadne offered up a class to help tone the upper body and now she's back with a sequence to help out with those pesky lower body areas that we all want to look great! In this class, Ariadne will start with the feet and work upward toward the waist. She will provide poses to work on the feet, calves, thighs and the glutes. Overall, this class is focused on the body from the waist down with a variety of beginner and intermediate postures. Ariadne moves along at a slow yet steady pace, no props should be required. Combining this class with Ariadne's Upper Body Flow should provide a nice full body flow and tone. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Salabhasana (Locust Pose) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
