Nikka's Gentle Yoga For A Healthy Back

Sooner or later we all usually experience the frustration of back pain and issues. Our backs are sensitive areas that can cause great discomfort. Needless to say, keeping a healthy and strong back is a big part of our overall health! This class will offer yoga postures to help create back strength to build a healthy back. We would consider this a beginner level class. The class is about 31 minutes in length, a couple of blocks may be helpful. Poses include Marjariasana/Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Salamba Bhujangasana (Sphinx Pose), Baby Pigeon, Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine Twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose) and more.
