If you love to hit your mat and keep moving, then this class will likely bring a smile to your face! Katie includes plenty of flow with unique and fun movements to help set you free! Flow can be structured, but this class will open up the possibility of adding some fun and unique movements to some of you favorite postures. This class would be considered an Intermediate class with a few small challenges. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Half Splits, and more.
