It's always fun to add another Carleen Rose class to the site! This time Carleen will guide you through a short 23 minute flow with a nice focus on gaining your balance through core strength. Balance is always one of the fun challenges for most yogis, especially beginners. This sequence will provide some good fundamental balance postures to help practice and work toward being good and stable. Remember, when you lose your balance and stumble from the pose, just smile and try again!
