Ariadne's Yoga & Fluid Hips
36m
Hip opening postures are some of the most popular poses amoung yoga students and teachers. Our hips can get stiff and store up plenty of stress and tension. Many times hip openers are used during slower paced restorative style classes, but this class will keep you fluid while practicing some classic hip postures. The class could be described as intermediate as it offers a few poses that might be a challenge for the beginner student. The sequence is about 36 minutes in length with a wide variety of poses to enjoy. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Agnistambhasana (Fire Log Pose), Utthita Trikonasana Pose (Triangle Pose), Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
