Yoga is beneficial in so many ways, but sometimes it's greatest benefit can be simply to change your day and brighten your mood! In this class, Ariana will guide you through a 44 minute flow filled with movement and a wide variety of postures. This would be a nice class either before or after a hard day at the office. As with many of Ariana's classes, this sequence would fall into the All Levels category or Level 1/2 Intermediate. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Virabhadrasana I,II,III (Warrior I,II,III), Camatkarasana (Wild Thing Pose), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose) and more.
