Join Kim for her third installment of Bedtime Yoga! In this class, Kim will lead you through another short class that should help you relax before calling it a night. We all love the way it feels to experience a great stretch, so why not stretch as a way to wind down before bed and release all that tension. This class provides simple and effective stretches which will work well for beginners and advanced students. Keep in mind, it's important not to force stretches, take your time and work toward your comfort zone.
