Brianna will lead you through a 40 minute all levels vinyasa flow based on the traditional flow class. The class includes sun salutations, standing poses, arm balance, final twists, and savasana. We hope that you enjoy this active beginner's/intermediate class. The class contains many postures that would be fitting for the beginner and a few which would provide a challenge. Poses include downward dog(Adho Mukha Svanasana), foreward bend(Ardha Uttanasana), cat cow(Bitilasana), vinyasa, Utkatasana (Chair Pose), crow (Bakasana), upward facing dog(Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Malasana (Garland Pose), navasana, shoulder stand and more.
