We're excited to add Carleen Rose's Adventure Flow to the site! Hopefully this is just the first of many sequences from Carleen and the Adventure Flow series. This class would be considered an all levels flow with poses for everyone and some more challenging postures for those looking to give themselves a little push! The sequence is very flowing and includes alot of great core work as well. The class is 40 minutes in length, starts with some good core work, and will most certainly help you work up a sweat. Poses include downward dog(Adho Mukha Svanasana), Paripurna Navasana (Full Boat Pose), Plank, Bakasana (Crane Pose), High Lunge, Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana (Standing Split), Salamba Sarvangasana (Supported Shoulderstand) and more.
