Kim is back with another cool class! This time Kim will lead you through a 30 minute slow paced class that will focus on twisting postures. This sequence could work well for either the intermediate yogi or beginner, some beginners may find a few of the poses a little challenging. Twisting postures offer a little challenge and are also known for their detoxing results. Twisting is also beneficial for the spine and internal organs. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Parivrtta Anjaneyasana(Revolved Lunge), Vasisthasana (Side Plank), Utkatasana Twists Variations (Chair Pose), Seated Twists, Marichyasana (Sage Pose), Savasana and more.
