It's always nice to have Lulu and her soothing voice back on the site for another class! This time Lulu will guide you through a short and sweet class that's focused on traditional Moon Salutations. The class will help you to ground your energy and tap into your Yin receptive energy. Lulu starts the class on her feet and then moves to grounded postures on the mat. This sequence is suited for beginners and all yogis, and if you're short on time it should work out great! Poses include Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Malasana Variations (Yogi Squat/Garland), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), Balasana (Happy Baby Pose), and more.
