Happy to say that Carleen is back on the site with a new Beginner Adventure Flow Class. This is a great 30 minute class for beginners looking to try a simple vinyasa flow that will build a little heat. Carleen starts the class with some simple core work and then moves forward with a nice basic flow sequence that will fit perfectly for most beginners. This Beginner Adventure Flow will get the blood flowing and would be a great start to your day. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog),(Upward-Facing Dog), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Balasana (Child's Pose), Plank, Navasana, Parsva Bakasana (Side Crane Pose)- Adventure Pose, Savasana and more.
