In this class, Kim will lead your through a basic vinyasa flow class that will focus on the well known and popular Chaturanga. All of us practice and hear the term Chaturanga in most of our classes. However, it's common for most beginners to be unsure of exactly what it means, and most importantly, many times beginners are unsure of the proper alignment and sequence for Chaturanga. Kim will break down several options for Chaturanga which will allow you to choose the best option for your practice. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Chair Pose(Utkatasana), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and more.
