Drinie is back with her second class that will focus on practicing yoga in a way that can help you tone your body and maybe drop a few pounds. This class will specifically work on your core and abs! The class is full of movement with plenty of postures to challenge your strength and endurance! Naturally, you should make sure that you're ready to sweat! The class is short at only 20 minutes in length, but don't be fooled, this 20 minutes will be felt! Poses include Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Kumbhakasana (Plank Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank), Navasana (Boat Pose), Kumbhakasana (Plank Pose), Dolphin Pose and more. Good luck and bring a towel!
