In this class, Ariadne will guide you through a 47 minute flow that will focus on creating space in the upper body by opening the chest and heart, the class will also provide postures to open the hips where much tension and emotions are stored. Lastly but certainly not least, Ariadne will present poses to stretch and relax the powerful hamstring muscle which needs plenty of attention! The sequence is likely best suited for the intermediate student, but offers many beginner postures. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat/Garland), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose), Balasana (Happy Baby Pose), and more.
