Yoga blocks are very popular props used in many yoga classes to help make poses easier and also help newer students improve their alignment. However, blocks can also be used in a more creative way to spice up your flow and add a little challenge. In this 30 minute flow, Yuuki will use blocks to mix things up a little and make your flow a bit more interesting! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Kumbhakasana (Plank Pose), Navasana (Boat Pose), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Tolasana (Scale Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose) and more.
