Let's face it, sometimes all of us can benefit from an afternoon pick me up! Fortunately, yoga can be a great way to get the body moving and shake off the mid-day blues. Naturally, this class can be practiced morning, noon or night, but Darien planned it as an Afternoon Delight. This class is about 40 minutes in length and would be considered an All Levels class with simple flow elements and may provide a little test for beginners. No props are needed for this class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Kumbhakaasana (Plank Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), and more! As always practice safely. Enjoy!
