Get ready to join instructor Dana Kraft for short 20 minute sequence that will focus on opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings. Some of our most popular classes contain hip openers and postures to help with flexibility, so hopefully this class suit your needs for happy hips and hamstrings. This class should work fine for the beginner yogi or intermediate student. Remember, hips openers are known for releasing stress and tension from the body. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Crescent Pose (High Lunge), Crescent Twist, Low Lunge, Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Eka Pada Rajakapotasana Variation (Half Pigeon Pose) and more.
