30m
Remember, inversions don't have to be complicated and scary in order to offer benefits! In part 2 of her Simple Inversions series, Kim will show you more inversions that don't require you to stand on your head! Remember, inversions will reverse blood flow and increase blood flow to the brain and that's always a good idea! This class is considered Level 1/2 with a couple poses that may challenge the true beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose), Makarasana (Dolphin Pose), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
