Karen is best known for her love of Pilates and Vinyasa Flow classes, but this time she will slow down and give you the chance to join her! This Yin style class will focus on a few restorative postures to help you feel grounded and restored. Yin style classes move at a slow pace and allow you to hold poses longer. Holding the pose longer will hopefully let you find a deeper version of the posture. Like most Yin style classes, this one will make use of blocks to aid you in holding the poses. Slowing down and being grounded will also allow you to focus on your breath. Overall, Yin style classes should slow your breath, mind and promote a feeling of relaxation. As always practice safely.
