If you love a good twist then make sure to join Nikka for Part 2 of her Twist, Flow and Detox classes! In the first class, Nikka focused on beginner twisting poses, this time she will guide you through a collection of intermediate twisting postures. Twisting poses offer many benefits, twisting is a great way to help detox the body and twisting is also beneficial for a healthy spine. In some cases, twisting can also help with lower back pain and digestion. The class is about 33 minutes in length and will be best suited for intermediate students. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana(Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Camatkarasana (Wild Thing Pose), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), Parivrtta Trikonasana Pose (Revolved Triangle) and more.
