Well, we all know and love how great it feels to stretch and release tension, stress and tightness from our bodies. It's also no secret that yoga offers many postures to provide a deep stretch! In this class, Katie will guide you through stretching poses but she will also offer up some postures that will help to strengthen your body. The class is 30 minutes in length and could be described as All Levels, but there are many poses suited for the beginner student. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Low Lunge, Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Seal Pose, Salabhasana (Locust Pose) and more.
