Well, there's no denying that most of us love the idea of toning our lower body, especially our glutes or aka our booty! If you enjoy yoga, then you're in luck! Yoga offers a variety of poses that can help with stretching, toning, and strengthening the glutes! In a short amount of time, Kim will hit a variety of postures and movements to help you work on the booty. We would classify this as a Intermediate level class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III), Eka Pada Utkatasana (Figure Four Pose), and more. As always practice safely.
