We very excited to add Ariana Lebedev as an instructor! Ariana's first class is especially created for those who may be feeling extra stress, anger or tension. The flow is slower paced but will keep you moving in an effort to create a peaceful and clear mind. All of us experience tension and it's simply not good for us. Perhaps a simple yoga flow will help you create a more peaceful self. This class is about 42 minutes in length and could be classified as an All Levels class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Parighasana (Gate Pose), Virabhadrasana (Warrior II), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold), Malasana (Yogi Squat), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
