Kim is back with another class aimed to help you relax and restore before bed! In Kim's first bedtime class, she focused on releasing the lower back, this time Kim will lead you through a short restorative class to hopefully release tension and help you find a good night of sleep. A yoga strap and block are used in this class to help hold the postures longer, so it will be helpful to have those props ready for this sequence. One of the keys to restorative classes include the ability to maintain the pose for a longer period, therefore props are very useful. Poses include Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle), Supta Padangusthasana (Reclining Hand To Big Toe), Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), Balasana (Child's Pose), Savasana (Corpse Pose) and more. Enjoy.
