If you're looking for a good vigorous flow class that will help you work up a sweat, then let Samantha guide you through her all levels flow. The class includes sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, backbends, hip openers and more. We would consider this an all levels class that provides a solid sweaty workout. Many postures are suitable for the beginner and many would provide a challenge. Poses include downward dog(Adho Mukha Svanasana), foreward bend(Ardha Uttanasana), Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose),Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III Pose), upward facing dog(Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose), Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand), Forearm Side Plank and more.
