We're very happy to have Mary back for another class on the site! This time Mary will guide you through a nice exploration of the hips. Many of us can hold and maintain a lot of tension and tightness in the hips, Mary will give you a number of poses in this sequence to help you relieve that tension. The class is well suited for yogis of all levels including the beginner. Mary has warm personality with a cool vibe! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Forward Folds, Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Runner's Lunge (Low Lunge), Cresent Pose (High Lunge), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjaryasana (Cat Pose), Lizard Pose, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Pigeon Pose and more!
