Many of us face a variety of back issues and yoga can provide postures to help! Many back issues seem to occur in the lower back, but we can't forget about our upper back! This class will focus on some of the poses that can help the upper back and open the chest. We would consider this an Intermediate Level class that may challenge the beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Marjaryasana/Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose) and more.
