It's great to welcome Daniela to our site as an instructor! In Daniela's first class, she will lead you through a flow offering postures to help melt away tension in the hips and promote lower body flexibilty. Our hips and lower body can hold plenty of tension and stress, certain poses can be beneficial in releasing the tension. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose), Eka Pada Utkatasana (Figure Four Pose), Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose), Balasana (Child's Pose), Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold) and more.
