Many of us love the flow and movement aspect of yoga. There are numerous styles of yoga, yet Vinyasa Flow continues to be one of the most popular. For whatever reason, many of us just love to move while practicing yoga! Flow classes are beneficial for a variety of reasons including the simple fact that they get your blood flowing and wake up your body. This class is an all levels flow class, the sequence is 30 minutes in length and should be suitable for a variety of yogis. If sitting still bores you, then try out a little flow with Priscilla!
