This vinyasa flow class should work well for beginners or intermediate yogis! Carleen will lead you through a 28 minute core strength flow practice. The flow will focus on generating self heat with inner power with alot of wave like transitions with creates good alignment with less compression for the spine. The class doesn't provide too many child's pose for rest, so be prepared to work, but of course, always feel free to rest when needed. Poses include downward dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), upward dog, cobra, chair (Utkatasana), twist, triangle, pigeon, crow (Bakasana)and more. Enjoy.
