It's great to have Drinie back with another class! This time Drinie will focus on helping you build that ever so important core strength that's needed for many yoga postures. Naturally, having good core strength is not only valuable for your yoga practice, but also an important factor in your overall health. This is a flow class and is likely best suited for the intermediate student, but Drinie does provide alternate variations of poses through the class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Crescent Pose (High Lunge), Virabhadrasana III(Warrior III), Navasana (Boat Pose), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Marjariasana (Cat), Vasisthasana (Side Plank), Utthita Hasta Padangustasana (Extended Hand To Toe), Balasana (Child's Pose), Savasana and more.
