If you're familar with La Mer's classes then you already know that her sequences are known to be very fluid with smooth movements. In this class La Mer dives into what she would consider a Moving Meditation, or what we may refer to as a Slow Flow. The class is focused on fluid movement at a nice slow pace with a variety of standing and grounded poses. Naurally, the class works for yogis of any level who are looking to slow the pace and find a nice state of mind. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Marjariasana (Camel Pose Variation), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjariasana (Cat Pose), Wide-Legged Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottanasana), Savasana and more!
